To Our Valued Guests:
Riverside Reptiles Education Center, (RREC), places the safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers as our number one priority. You can trust us to provide a safe, fun, and of course an unforgettable experience through at our center. As we approach our opening, the way we plan to run things has been affected due to COVID-19.
We have worked to create an initial set of guidelines and will continue to update them as more information becomes available. We are looking forward to sharing the brand new exhibits, animals, and the goodies in the giftshop with you.
Dates of Operation:
October 3rd & 4th, 10:00am-3:00pm Members Only Sneak Preview *reserving a spot is still required*
Our Grand Opening will be on Saturday, October 10th.
Thereafter, we will be open daily from 10:00am-5:00pm.
Safety of Our Guests
Physical Distancing: Practice physical distancing and keep at least 6 feet between your party and others.
Face Coverings: All guests are required to wear a face covering during their visit.
Enhanced Sanitation: Hand sanitizer will be available in select locations. Hand washing stations will also be available in our restroom locations.
Follow Arrow Direction: Please follow arrow directions on the floor and directions from our staff members and have patience as we work through these new operational procedures.
Ticketing & Attendance:
In accordance with state requirements we will be capping our attendance and group sizes. Groups entering RREC will only consist of 6 individuals. If your group is larger than this size, please consider splitting up into smaller groups for a visit to RREC.
On-site Admission will be available, but in limited quantities. To secure a ticket/time, please purchase tickets through this online platform.
Group discounts will not be available.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. We Reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone, now extending to anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.
